9 Spaces is a modular, holistic approach to organisational development. The platform doesn’t provide ready-made answers, but offers a clear structure that helps organisations develop their own solutions to the most important questions in modern collaboration.
At the centre are nine key areas, or “Spaces”:

- Purpose: What is our core direction, the meaning and purpose of what we do?
- People: Who are the people in the organisation? What are their strengths and potential?
- Roles & Rules: What roles and rules exist in the organisation? How is responsibility distributed?

- Strategy: What are our current goals and priorities? What do we focus on?
- Relationships: How do we develop healthy relationships? How do we resolve interpersonal conflicts?
- Results: How do we achieve efficient and effective outcomes? What tools and processes do we use?

- Values & Principles: What are the fundamental values and principles that guide our work?
- Ownership & Stakeholders: Who owns our organisation? Who are the stakeholders?
- Money: How do we earn and spend money? How are salaries determined?
Values & Principles, Ownership & Stakeholders, and Money make up the final three Spaces.

Through this structure, 9 Spaces helps teams and organisations identify their own development areas and work on them intentionally – not with a rigid framework, but with the freedom to create solutions that fit their unique needs.
