With the Solo Plan, you can use our content to run workshops or coaching sessions with people who do not have a 9 Spaces account. However, you may not simply share the blank templates, and it is important that the origin as 9 Spaces content remains visible.
With the Business and Enterprise Plans, you can freely share all content with anyone covered by the same license plan. For workshops with people outside this group, the same rules as the Solo Plan apply: you may not distribute the blank templates freely but must use them in a guided manner.
