Solo Plan
You can cancel your subscription after the end of the trial period or at the end of your first year with 9 Spaces. You’ll find the cancellation option in your account management area. There, you can register your cancellation for the end of your billing period.
If you would like to cancel immediately after your first year, please contact 9spaces@neuenarrative.de.
Business Plan
The contract is always concluded for one year. If you do not wish to continue with 9 Spaces into the next year, please get in touch with your B2B contact person. Our B2B team will also check in with you regularly to ensure you are satisfied and using 9 Spaces effectively.
